"Ardolino, Domenick - Prop. Ardolino Bros. Monumental Works, Forest Hills, Boston. Born Torre le Nocelle, Avellino, Italy, Oct. 17, 1892. Son of Carmine Ardolino and Elisabetta Selvitella. Came to America in 1910 settling in Forest Hills, Boston. In business since 1915. Has directed the interior and exterior decorations of National Academy of Science Building in Washington, D.C.; the State Office Building of Albany, N.Y., and other buildings. Many of his masterpieces can be seen at St. Michael cemetery in Forest Hills. Married Elizabeth Ricci of Washington, D.C., Aug. 20, 1924. One son, Carmine Ardolino, born June 25, 1941. Member: Order Sons of Italy in America, the Circolo Operaio, Torrese and Italian American Citizen's Club. Fond of hunting, bocce, travelling and grand opera. Res.: 138 Hyde Parke Ave., Forest Hills, Boston."
